Plan Review & Coaching
Price: $350 per resident (one-time)
Available: All states, fully remote
We review your initial assessment and service plan line by line against your state's rules. You get written feedback and a one-on-one coaching call so your team can write the next ones with confidence.
Done-for-You Assessments & Service Plans
Price: $500 per resident for both; updates @ $300 each assessment & $200 each service plan
Available: Select states that allow contracted staff for this role and where we meet the qualification rules
We complete the initial assessment and service plan for each new resident using your state-approved forms, and update assessments and plans at each required review. Available on its own or as an add-on to any Quality Assurance plan.

Our monthly Quality Assurance plans include regular review of your resident files:
• Starter Compliance Support — $997/month: weekly coaching calls, training on your program manual and forms, and a virtual mock audit every 6 months
• Growth Quality Assurance — $1,997/month: everything in Starter, plus monthly file audits and quality review of client assessments and service plans, with feedback
• Elite Compliance Partner — starting at $2,997/month: everything in Growth, plus full quality assurance oversight and monthly onsite or virtual audits

This service covers non-treatment assessments and service plans. It does not include clinical treatment plans or behavior support plans.
