All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless your policies and procedures do not pass the licensing process. We stand behind our work and all policies and procedures are guaranteed approval for any state. Policy corrections are not policy rejections. Policy corrections are a normal part of the licensing process. All policies will be corrected until they pass. Policies and procedures MUST BE SUBMITTED TO LICENSING WITHIN ONE YEAR OF COMPLETION (date the policies packet were emailed to you). Cornerstone Consulting & Coaching LLC is not responsible new OR revised state regulations that that are published AFTER your policies packet has been completed. You must pay for "policy updates" to get revisions completed.
Payment plans must be paid off and ALL services must be used used within a 12 month period (from date of first deposit), or any unused services are subject to cancellation. "Unlimited Consultation" shall be provided for 12 months from the date of the first deposit. The licensing process is no longer than 12 months. If you choose to pause your licensing process due to personal reasons, the consultation policy is still counted from the original deposit date. CORNERSTONE CONSULTING & COACHING LLC IS ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR STATE STOPS ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS OR IF YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED BY EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE TO BE A PROVIDER. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR THESE ISSUES. Please check with your state licensing BEFORE making deposit to ensure they are accepting application AND you are qualified to own and/or manage the program.
For all on-site services such as mock audits and staff trainings, services must be used within 120 days of purchase.
