This is consulting and Executive Coaching AFTER you receive your license. This includes one 45-minute coaching/consulting session per week. In this session, we discuss your issues/concerns/challenges with staff and residents/clients. This service is ongoing, monthly until you feel confident, it is no longer needed. This ongoing help is most successful with 6-12 months of support for your first year of operation. You may cancel anytime after at least a 3 month period. Only $500 per month!

Long-term quality assurance services are to help you KEEP your license. I have seen one too many clients calling me 6 months after they get their license, to say that the license is being REVOKED! Most clients tell me after licensure, "I can take it from here!" Most of the time, that is 100 percent true! However, around 1 in 10 get their license revoked within the first 6 months. Especially if you are in a state that only gives a provisional license initially. Your policies MUST be IMPLEMENTED correctly. Your documents have to be completed in the correct timelines. I provide hands-on quality assurance and monitoring services when you select services for monthly documents review. I review personnel and client files in addition to the weekly Executive Coaching, to ensure timeliness of documentation and content review for quality monitoring. $1,000 per month investment for the help and support CEO's and administrators need!

Full-service includes everything in the first two services plus: a review of personnel and client files, incident report logbooks and grievances logbooks; weekly executive coaching to the Program Director/Administrator/Supervisor for current issues they are having with staff, residents, or administrative tasks; and provide additional training to staff when they are not implementing the policies and procedures correctly. One onsite-Mock Audit for Quality Assurance visit at the 6-month mark included; State-required policy updates are also included in this price. Monthly subscription with autopay is required. $3,000 monthly investment for a peace of mind!
