One Stop Shop Non-Residential Programs (standard package)




Non-residential organizations maybe a community based counseling agency, targeted case management agency, or home and community support agency. All of these social service organizations provide services in the client’s home or in the agency’s office.
For those who have been in a certain industry such as daycare for 5 years or more, you may want to start your own consulting company. Give me a call for a free 15-minute consultation.

One-Stop-Shop NON-RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM (standard package) includes:

  1. State or Medicaid application completion (including background check forms and abuse registry check forms)
  2. Articles of Incorporation (including state fees)
  3. Tax ID Application
  4. Policies packet to include:
    • Operating manual
    • Personnel handbook
    • Forms to operate agency
  5. Research State professional counseling board requirements
  6. Research state liability insurance requirements
  7. Locate VA liability insurance agency
  8. Finding you an office space (by internet/phone conferences);

Total= $5,000

Can be purchased using the following payment program which will be created as a subscription.
$2500 per month for two months.
$1666.66 per month for three months.
$1250.00 per month for four months.
$833.33 per month for six months.

These programs include community based state/Medicaid funded agencies such as case management agencies, professional counseling agencies, supported living agencies, etc.
